Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
This is the perfect mix of breakfast and dessert. This is a great go to breakfast when you are running out of the door!
- ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup milk or any nut milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- ½ cup ice
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy.
